Crescent Mountain Lookout
Th A "patrol lookout" was established at Crescent Mountain in 1908. In 1914 a lookout cupola was establsihed at Tsp. 13 S., Rng. 6 E., Sec. 16, elevation 5,750 feet. It is believed that Osborne photos were taken from this location in the 1930s, but a date and photographer are unknown at this time and photographs have not been located. The lookout was abandoned in 1953.Kemnow Online History.
